Overclocking & Tuning Packages are our most well known and sought after service to increase the speed of your PC/ system. This service involves overclocking and tuning the PC to run at a higher and faster speed, improving both system performance and efficiency. All overclocking packages involve the CPU, motherboard, RAMs, graphics card and windows optimization.
The age old thinking that overclocking will hurt the PC or cause it to be very hot is now a thing of the past. With newer better heat sinks and better CPU and GPU fabrication technologies, this allows us to safely overclock and tune your PC. .
New system configurations and system sales are also done in conjunction with this service.

Let us to share with you the special personal services you get each time you send your system to us for overclocking and tuning.
1.Parts Acquisition
No need to go hunting for the lowest price or stock availability at Sim Lim anymore! Because of our relations with distributors and retailers, we guarantee a competitive pricing always. This service also saves you the time and cost to go down and bring the parts back from the various distributors and retailers.
2.System Maintenance
With time and more things in the system, windows becomes more clogged up and the file system becomes more fragmented. Many clients do not have the time to do driver updates or disk defragmentation. We’ll do it all for you free!
3.Troubleshooting and Repair
Some systems come to us with issues and outstanding problems and errors. We’ll fix it for you at no extra cost. Just pay for the part that is required.
4.Got a guitar that needs waxing, polishing and restringing?
Pass it to us with your system and we’ll care for it just like how we care for our own. We use Dunlop Cream of Carnauba Bodygloss Wax, Fender Guitar Polish and high grade lint free instrument cloths. We recommend D’Addario EXP strings or Deam Markley Alchemy strings for acoustic guitars and Ernie Ball Super Slinky strings for electric guitars. Should you prefer other strings just pass them to us together with them.
5.One Free On Site Follow Up
Should your system develop errors or problems due to overclocking or tuning and cannot be solved over email or phone, we’ll drop by and help you solve the problem personally.

Electricity
Tuning and testing your system takes a long time. Especially so since we test overnight and leave your PC on for at least 70 out of the 72 hours of testing. Not to mention we take special care of your system by testing it in an air-con environment even when we are not around. Just like how servers and workstations are treated. We give the same special treatment to your desktop.
Petrol
Going to pick your parts from the various distributors and Sim Lim Sq personally incurs cost. Because we do not want other delivery services that may mishandle or treat your beloved PC badly, we head down to get it all ourselves.
Time
We use a lot of time to hand pick and select the best parts for you. From golden CPU batches to finding and sourcing a rare graphics card or part. To going down personally to collect them and assure that the best handling is given to your parts from start to end. We lose time when we could be working on the systems of other clients who are as important as you are! Nevertheless, we do not believe in a compromise or that one customer is more important than another.

We understand that some freelance overclockers and system builders may be able to provide good prices with friendly service but what makes us different from them is our proven tuning processes and the extensive experience of our team members. While most freelancers find their information online, through website or forums, we have developed our own process and flow for tuning systems. We do not use your system for “trial and error” of our processes but instead, use methods we have been using and developing for years.
Furthermore, the industry support and quality that we have built and achieved cannot be matched by any freelancer.

Things You Need to Know and Understand Before You Send Your System to Us [-]
- Topgear Overclocking Technologies will not be responsible for any physical damage to the exterior or interior of the casing or parts. Please declare any damage when you hand over the PC to us or when we pick it up. No claims will be entertained after that. We take special care in handling your PC, just like our own!
- Overclocking has a 1% chance of going wrong. Topgear Overclocking Technologies will not be responsible for any damaged parts and components. We’ll help to get the item RMA’ed or sent in for repair but we seek the client’s understanding regarding the time it may take.
- Topgear Overclocking Technologies reserves the right to reject a system if we deem it unsuitable for overclocking or tuning.
- Topgear Overclocking Technologies provides a one year carry in warranty on its services. However, we may extend an act of goodwill and go onsite at our discretion. In all other cases, a small onsite charge is applied.
- Topgear Overclocking Technologies requires a 50% deposit on all New systems whose parts are to be acquired by us. In the event of cancellation after we have ordered/ purchased some parts, 5% will be forfeited. In the unlikely event where the system is not picked up or the order is cancelled after we build and tune the system, the 50% deposit will be forfeit.
